Just had a transformative deep tissue massage from Justin. Justin is a personable, friendly and professional throughout. He was attentive during the session making sure that the pressure was alright and made sure to fully understand my needs prior. You could just tell that Justin knew his stuff, and I felt like I was in capable and knowledgeable hands! Walking out I feel relaxed, and that a significant amount of tension held in my muscles has eased! 10/10!

I met Ben and he was keen to ask questions about my requirements from my massage. The massage from Ben was of good structure and of good pressure. Ben was friendly and polite and kept checking in to make sure my massage was pleasurable and relaxing

The massage started right on time. The treatment room was clean and warm. Justin explained how to get ready for the massage. He was very calm. The music was appropriate and the volume was right. The pressure was perfect and adapted to my neck problem. The price was very reasonable and it is near home. I will definitely go back for another treatment. Thank you.

Justin was very friendly and professional and asked what exactly I needed to get the most from the time. He was great at finding the knots in my back/shoulders and loosening them up. Really worthwhile and would highly recommend, I'll be back!

Hello! I’m Justin, and if you decide to visit me, you’ll experience my hands-on approach as your massage therapist. I wanted to share a bit about my unique journey so you can get a sense of who I am and why I’m passionate about what I do. Living with optic atrophy, a genetic condition affecting both my short- and long-sighted vision, has posed its challenges—both mentally and physically. This condition has inevitably influenced my career path and the types of work I can pursue. However, instead of seeing these limitations as obstacles, I’ve embraced them as opportunities to discover a path that truly resonates with me. Through exploration and self-reflection, I found that I was well suited to massage therapy, which was a practical choice but also a perfect fit for my passion for health and well-being. My journey has given me an appreciation for self-care and the positive impact it can have on one’s life. Taking it a step further, I decided to start my own business to offer a personalised and dedicated approach to wellness. Here’s a glimpse of my professional background: I spent over a year working self employed for a established and succesful massage therapy company located in brighton. During this period I received 100+ reviews averaging 4.9 stars from Treatwell and Classpass.
