The traffic was a nightmare and the beautician was by herself as other staff were held up. Very apologetic and due to the circumstances that were beyond her control. She explained that she would try and cover the appointments if possible.
Even though under pressure she remained pleasant juggling customers and still delivered service that was not rushed or below standard. Very happy with the results. I will definitely return
