My experience at BeYoutiful was exactly what I needed. A moment to relax and get pampered. Step was very welcoming and accommodating. She made me feel at home, which was a plus since I'm new to the area. Steph and Louise went above and beyond my customer service expectations. Steph was so great at the underarm wax, plucked the stubborn hairs to do a smooth and finished job. The venue is so beautiful with lovely decor and everything was clean and hands were sanitised a lot. The wax was hot wax and didn’t hurt atall. Steph was great at customer service asking if I wanted a drink too. All round lovely.
