Definitely a deep tissue massage - especially on the legs. Was able to remain the following day for 2 hours as a result ( currently suffering from hip flexor issue) and physio today remarked that things seem to be better than they were before the massage.

The treatment was amazing. Such a welcoming atmosphere, I felt totally relaxed. Both Laura and Nicole were knowledgeable and totally put me at ease. The salon is lovely, bright and welcoming and easy to find and get parked. My skin after the treatment looks amazing. I will definitely book further treatments
