I booked in advance. Therapist booked was not working on the day. Other staff stated they could "try" doing my intimate hot wax for me. TRY??? No thank you

I didn’t book a manicure it was a pedicure, I booked day before and asked for a particular beautician and it was discussed with her what times she could do, when I came in following day I was passed to someone else - sorry but this is not on. She did do a good job but the lady I wanted was always able to completely get rid of the hard skin on my heels that I have such a problem with and was the main reason for the pedicure.
