Booked a wax with regular warm wax but therapist insisted hot wax (double the price). I was kept waiting despite booking in advance and there were available therapists sitting around on their phones. Therapist was not wearing a mask. The hot wax was scalding hot so the therapist was blowing on my body to cool it down! Got wax on my clothes which won't come off. Results were not even so had to tidy up when I got home. Won't be going here again.
