I had my waxing done and I was very happy with it, time was taken over my application, very very happy

Booked online for treatment package all confirmed on the email. 40 for a few treatments. Went there and they had no record of my booking system isn’t working. She read. email and said that she could do it. Great. asked if on certain parts I would like to upgrade to hot wax for an extra £6.00 ok £46. No conversation nor did she ask me to move. just rolled me. Didn’t manage to wax me properly, went over area Several times, red raw now Finished £77. Please. And still had to go home and shave

Therapist was rude. Has a pedicure and had to go get my nails done again next day elsewhere. Was patchy and over the edges.
I was happy with the result of my massage because it was done very efficiently.I could tell that she is knowledgable and highly trained.
