Turn't up to no staff, on poor lady by her self unable to do the treatment i have booked in no support to help her manage the shop.
was unable to have the treatments, had a pedicure but not what I wanted as she wasn't able to do it.
No staff calling through the people booked in, so customers showing up but bhavi unable to complete treatments
I was very disappointed in the Bhavi and the way they had left the lady to work the shop alone. The staff member was very professional & Helpful

Terrible service, booked a treatment for the other staff member to be late . Didn’t spend the time on the treatment and have been left with loads of hair left over. Paid more to get hot wax and no point as it wasn’t any good. Won’t be going back again
