My appointment was half hour late and that is ridiculous. No call to say a delay before arrival and no explanation on why delay when there. Absolutely appalled at your customer service!

The treatment that I had was very good and thorough. The equipment could have been in condition. Staff member that did my treatment was very pleasent.
