I’ve been a customer of bhavi beauty for a number of years. Each and every member of staff are wonder and know me by my first name.
I was made to feel at ease and considerations were made for injuries.

You have sent me a rate request when I had already written to you to say my treatment did not happen. I was booked in with Namita who refused to do my treatment as she no longer did pedicures . I said I did not want another therapist as none of others trained. I wrote to Nick to tell him and no reply from him either. Shocking
Live this salon and the lovely ladies who work there. Always had a great experience in the many times I’ve been. Plus you just can’t beat having a pedicure in a massage chair!

The original deal I bought wasn’t available on arrival. It took 2 hours to leave with the worst manicure ever. They then said there was a “pro” there for eyebrows. She sat me in the chair (this was an I discussed upsell), and RUINED them. Gutted! Then, had the audacity to try and charge me. I paid. Then went back and asked for a refund, which took an argument to get. Unbelievable.
