New building in stunning and so much more professional. I adore Komal who does my treatment. She is so kind and helpful and I never feel uncomfortable
Absolutely lovely pedicure. The lady I had was fabulous, took her time with it and didn't feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend. Thank you Bhavi Beauty.
The room was almost like a stock cupboard at the back of a nail salon with items and boxes all around the massage bed. The towels were evidently very old and torn. The masseuse lit candles but left the room lights on for the first 15 mins until I asked if we could turn them off for some ambience. The quality of the massage was very poor and at the end I was left covered in oil with no wet towel or wipes to take it off me so when I got off the bed to change I slid and nearly fell over. I had oil all over my clothes and it was all over my face and hair. Very unprofessional and would never go back
Excellent service. Made to feel very comfortable in the treatment I was having
