Over all the treatment was good. However, I didn’t get the exact treatment I wanted. There were a few cancellations due to lack of products and staffing issues. Waxing chairs need to be cleaned after each customer, I did not see that happen after several customers. The staffs were pleasant.

My treatment started with some trepidation after several cancellations. I wanted paraffin oil treatment as part of my pedicure and that was one of the reasons for cancellation. After several weeks they still didn’t have it in stock even though they had said they will have it in. Another reason for cancelling was staffing issues. Only person appears to be doing the manicure and pedicure treatment. I had the treatment with my partner we therefore had to wait for each other. The member of staff who did the treatment was lovely and very professional. We were both happy with what we got. We really wanted the paraffin treatment that is why we choose Bhavi but it’s not the end of the world. Better luck next time.

My initial treatment booking canceled by threapist and teatwell did not return my money back but stuff were friendly and11 offered me another treatment which was very nice.
