Very disappointed. I booked the hot stone massage for my wife as a 30th birthday treat, to then be told upon arrival that the lady who was due to do it wasn’t available. My wife opted to have a full body massage instead which she found to be uncomfortable and the facilities were not up to standard. While the massage was happening, one of the internal doors kept slamming shut which made for a disturbing, unrelaxing experience.
Highly professional and very reassuring for my first time having a wax. I’ve been a customer for years and love the establishment and am bringing in new customers! Love them!
