Staff is extremely nice! I will strongly suggest that owner needs to make a big improvement in the ambience. Towels used for manicure & pedicure should be soft. All chairs used for threading are torn & needs to be replaced. Bed used for waxing & facials should be replaced by better quality beds.i have mentioned a few only but there are lots of changes needs to be made.
I wasn’t welcomed well, the two staff who welcomed me spoke to each other in a different language. Then then took me into a room (which looked very dingy and unclean which didn’t fill me with confidence) the staff continued to speak to each other in a different language, didn’t say anything to me and left me in the room, at that point I wish I had just left. Nothing was explained to me, considering this was the first treatment I have had it was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable situation.
I had a bikini wax and when I left it was very wonky- I had to buy wax strips and sort it out myself at home!!
