Felt very welcomed.Angela was very polite and professional.she did an amazing job.she made sure I was comfortable and I did enjoy my treatment that day.
I would put 0 stars if I could. Avoid this “beauty spa” at all costs.
My 14yo niece was in town visiting and wanted her to experience her first pedicure so a few days before I booked online for 2x deluxe pedicures with paraffin wax treatment £30 each. When we arrived in time for our appointments just before 1pm all the ‘beauticians’ were sat in the corner of the ‘spa’ chatting - nothing had been made ready for our appointments and we were left standing around whilst plugs were being plugged in and pedicure ‘equipment’ prepped. I use the term loosely as all their equipment looked dirty and reused in between customers - which I actually witnessed whilst I was there not just with my niece and I but with another customer who came in a few hours later. The lady who did my pedicure was so busy chatting to her mate next to her doing my nieces pedicure that she cut me whilst doing my cuticles so much if kept on bleeding the whole time I was there. The towels we rested our feet on were disgusting. The lady kept on coughing on my foot and even though I wanted her to skip the cuticle cutting she insisted I had to get this done. The foot massage She did on me was poor to non existent. My niece was having such a bad time herself she started texting me as she was so horrified at her experience. I have had many pedicures in my life all over the world and different places and never have I come across such a horrific one. The polish on my feet was not drying and my they had to redo 3-4 times as every time they checked it smudged. I’m kicking myself for handing over any money at all. The experience was meant to be for 1hr15mins - I was there for over 2.5hrs and even had to move my next appointment I had at my physiotherapist and they luckily agreed for it to move to 4pm. I also luckily brought flip flops for both of us otherwise the already poor pedicures would’ve been stuck in our socks. We were never offered a drink. One of the beauticians who came to redo my paint was more interested in painting her own nails for her upcoming holiday. And talking about it with her mate across the spa. I understood some of it as they spoke in Hindi. My niece never wants to hear about a pedicure again. Oh and the “massage” chair you sit on is horrible and 3 days later I’m still in pain in my back from the chair. Never going back there again.
