The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel at ease as I have never had a waxing done before.
I booked an eyebrow wax and Swedish full body massage. When I first turned up there was huge confusion over my appointment even though I had called earlier in the day to confirm. I then had to wait 20 mins for my eyebrows. The lady who did them didn’t ask me what style I wanted how thick/thin just did what she thought. Then had to wait a further 15 minuets for my massage. The treatment room was in of a refurbish and the towels very old and clearly highly used with loose threads and holes. My massage was meant to be 60 mins but only lasted 40. The room was very cold as the lady put the fan on so I was freezing the entire treatment so unable to enjoy the experience.
Friendly staff and a good waxing experience, slightly disorganised - running 15 min behind scheduled appt. time.

Whole pedicure was excellent apart from the Polish on the big toes both a bit lumpy and there is a small lump of something on right hand toe.
