It can seem a bit disorganised, even if I have booked an appointment the staff don't always seem to know about it and make you wait whilst they decide who is doing the treatment.
Nonetheless the treatments are good and priced quite well.
My deluxe pedicure was nice, although a little disappointed the member of staff got carried away filing my foot and caused it to bleed and didn't acknowledge it. However the treatment was nice and the massage chair was a good addition.
