For Ambience I would like to say that the place needs some repairs and painting etc....
Regarding my Facial treatment: each of your girls have got a different style of facial which is a good thing and till date I have like it however the facial style done for me this time I did not like.

Realise it was at the end of the day but expected a cleaner salon with a better customer experience.
Upon arrival the staff member on reception said I did not have an appointment booked. I showed my email confirming my appointment and I was told I didnt have one and I should take a seat and wait for someone to be free. A 3rd staff member came yo reception while I was waiting and showed the others I did have an appointment and commanded one of the ladies to do my treatment. This staff member huffed and proceeded to do the treatment. Yes, you get what you pay for but no communication, no soothing lotuon after waxing and no manners is not something I want to exoerience again.
