All great apart from the colour I wanted ran out after second toe! But I like the colour I got anyway. Also the beauticians are unsure whether the lamps are uv or led. I think I had Erica and she was excellent.

I have had 2 pedicures here before they have been perfect this last one though wasn't so good one toe nail was smudged I asked her to do it again she did but rushed it still looks smug ed now my toes were also very sore and red which I haven't had before

shocking service....they don't know how to do pedicures...AVOID! Upon arriving the lady at the desk who seems to run it didn't say hello/welcome...so rude, then talking or screaming more like in her language to another staff member making the atmosphere terrible! The pedicure is meant to last 55mins but I was there for an hour and 50mins! toenails weren't cut straight or filed square and the polish was shocking..so messy, cuticles weren't pushed down properly and another girl had to take over and paint my nails again but still terrible! Don't waste your time or money as they are absolutely useless and terribly rude and obnoxious!!!

Do not get a wax here! Genuinely the worst I have had. The lady who did my wax spoke barely any English so I couldn’t explain to her what I wanted and didn’t appear to be qualified in what she was doing. I have been left with red marks which look almost like burns where she’s broken the skin from ripping the strips off the wrong way or too aggressively. Plus she missed bits out so it’s an absolute disaster! Safe to say I will not be going back.

Arrived on time for my appointment to be told I couldn’t be come even though it was confirmed! After about 10mins they said ok come through, the room was beyond discusting used wax stripes on the floor, holes in the wall looked awful then the add no towel to lay over me and walked in so the person having the nails done could see me with no trousers on!! Fuming at how I was treated and that place needs cleaning ASAP sooo dirty!!
