Booking on internet through Treatwell was completely messed up. Booked for 10 am... There was no one to do my nails... The person my booking was for didnt start till 11!!!!! They fitted me in at 10.15. Awful place, dirty and not hygenic. Nails were painted very badly. Will not be going back.

The lady who waxed me was lovely however she actually burned my skin. I booked in for a upper lip, Brazilian, half tummy, underarm, and lower leg wax all *not* not wax. The lady convinced me to get hot wax for the Brazilian but I made it clear that I wanted the rest as normal strip wax as I have sensitive skin. She proceeded to use hot wax on every single part and I said it was too hot multiple times but the temperature wasnt changed. I now have burns on my stomach and armpits due to this. She also didnt wax my upper lip. She was nice but I definitely wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend risking burned skin. :(
Such a disappointing visit! I came for a Hot Stone Massage that was not very good but wanted to give them another go. We booked 2 Pedicures with Paraffin Wax.
The pedicures themselves were INCREDIBLY painful!! When she was doing my cuticles she was really hurting me. When I kept flinching and saying I was in pain she actually said “just one minute it will be done soon”!! It should not of been painful at all. She massages the tops of my legs so hard with exfoliator it was so painful aswell.
The paraffin wax was applied using a brush, but the same brush was used for everyone. Which is so unhygienic, no cleaning in between everyone’s feet.
The staff themselves all spoke in their native language which is really rude when customers are there.
It cost £83 for us to both have our pedicures (a small fortunate!) and we both left and redid them as the painted nails and shellac was done so badly. I had black nail varnish that was actually on my skin!
I’m so disappointed because the treatments were expensive so you would expect them to be good. Safe to say we will not be returning!
