I booked my appointment online fo 6pm on a Wednesday. I arrive before that and at 6pm they invited me to get change. They told me that they were going to be two of them and they close at 7pm. They did everything in exactly 15minutes. They didn't check what they were doing, so my legs are not as I would expect after a waxing. When I when to pay she tried to charge me 9£ more. I am really disappointed as if you don't have time because you close at 7pm, just don't let people book at this time.
