Appointment didn't happen they said they tried to call had no missed calls, not impressed as drove 20 miles for nothing.
Had a 30 minutes Hot Stone Massage. The staff were absolutely lovely, really friendly and welcoming. My therapist was really nice.
The towels on the bed weren’t very clean and quite stiff, not very fluffy and comfy.
No one ever asked what pressure I would like. The pressure of th massage was VERY firm. And that is coming from a massage therapist!!! Even when I said I was in pain she didn’t stop.
She was lovely and the massage was good, but they need to ask before they do such a strong massage.
