Second time here for eyelash extensions but not sure if I'll go back, feels really rushed & had lashes fall off within a few days, costly when I've had them elsewhere for same price & they lasted nearly 4 weeks.

Helen was fantastic, and the treatment was good. It was disappointing that only one of massage chairs were working. This is one of reasons I have the pedicure at the shop.
They dont replace the nail colours you enjoy. When the gel varnish you like runs out you have to just settle for a substitute. Kind of poor service. If they want to keep customer they should ensure the colours are replaced. Place could do with a refresh. The tables are badly stained.
I went to get my upper lips and eye brow threaded but decided to do a gold facial, it was so relaxing and I felt so good that I decided to treat myself to a head shoulder and back massage, after the treatment I didn't want to leave as I was too comfortable. I spend over £100 in which I didn't plan for but it was definitely worth it. Sonya showed pride in her work and hit all my pressure points, my partner said he can see a big difference in my face with just the 1 treatment. I bought one of the facial product (all in 1,cream,wash and scrub) and I must say I will stick to that product
