As always Maria gives an excellent and first class customer service and advises on nail care. She is always pleasant and hard working.
Only adverse comment this time, which is very rare, is that there was no notification that prices had increased. I may have not seen a notice to this effect as salon was very busy. Also find it very disconcerting that some of the beauticians (although very respectful welcoming clients) speak their native language in front of their individual client and across the salon which can come across as rude and disrespectful to their client and other customers.
Gel wasn't taken off my nails completely so showed through polish. The polish was smudged on my toes. The staff was having conversations in they're language.
