Maria is always lovely when doing my nails. Sometimes the atmosphere feels a bit rushed
Maria's always does a great job. Looks after her customers. Always helpful to other staff members. Even brought own equipment in as awaiting replacements from the business. That's service.
AWFUL NAILS!!
Staff all talk in their own language to each other which I found very rude. While they were doing my nails they were all talking to each other, ignoring you and barely paying attention to what they were doing. I've had gel nails with extensions many times before but never with Bhavi. Absolutely appalled by them. The gel Was stupidly thick and made my nails look so fake. After painting they had many bubbles in with the gel not being evenly distributed either. 3 days later one nail broke and the fat after that another one did the same. Now only 2 and a half weeks later and they all broke. Waste of money as was charged £45 after originally being told it would be £35! Never going to get my nails done here again!!
