No value for money - staff wasn't doing her job well - it wasn't the best experience - staff just want to finish and get on with something else..
The overall experience was good, the only thing that was not good was my privacy, the door was opened several times with no regard for my personal privacy.

Relaxing atmosphere friendly team. I like having a back massage while having delightful foot spa. Various colours of nail polish to chose from.

People and place are lovely, quiet and peaceful, perfect place for 'me' time. My only issues are, I had eye lash extensions done on Wednesday, which were supposed to last 2-3 weeks, but they haven't lasted 3 days and have started becoming loose and falling out already. Not helpful when I go on holiday on Sunday for 2 weeks.
