I made an appointment with Maria on the recommendation of a friend but when I arrived, despite getting a confirmation email the day before stating that I was due to see her, Maria was not on shift! Being short on time before going away I decided to give them a chance and had my nails done by another member of staff. She was friendly and tried to help but did not seem to be overly confident and while the result is "OK" its not really what I wanted. I replied to my confirmation email stating that I was not happy but have not yet received a reply. I would not be in a hurry to go back.
I had a back wax which not only removed hair but also skin do not go there the room was dirty old towels on the bed with old wax on! This was my first and last visit to this Salon never again!!!!!!!

Although the beautician was very nice I felt she wasn't really dedicated to the job she kept stopping to talk to other beauticians as she had been on holiday and was catching ,up on things while she had been away. The nail extensions she put on are now coming off off and it is only 3days I would not use the salon again as I feel I have wasted my money.
I walked in on the off chance they might have been able to fit me in. They were very accommodating. Made me feel welcome. I had 3 treatments together including 2 week manicure, luxury pedicure with Shellac and my eyebrows threaded. Thoroughly enjoyed being pampered from head to toe
