The experience was okay, the waxing was okay, but the salon is not clean, The lady who did my waxing, i felt like was rushing.

Staff are trying so hard to please their customers however they are let down by the quality of their working tool. On the day, a chair for eyebrows treatment was broken and out of the 3 gel nail uv lights only one was working so Maria had to redo my nails and used the only working machine. She was so apologetic, bless her.
Lovely place to go for your treatments. Maria is so nice 😀 as are the other staff.
My only criticism is that some staff talk in their own language across the shop, which is off putting when you don't speak the same language, can't we all speak English and include everyone?
