Shellac with Sonia who is absolutely fabulous. These girls are flat out but always give 110%. Sonia is always cheerful and very generous with her time. Clients come all the time on spec and Sonia always fits them in. She is a credit to the salon. The salon does STILL need some TLC and a makeover! Thank you Sonia

I love the welcome I always get from all the girls. I usually prefer Helen as my consultant who is excellent. Maria is also excellent whenever (due to personal factors) I cannot get in when Helen is working. The value is spot on compared to others in Basingstoke. Probably due for a refurbished of nail machines, venue in due course as gets lots of use due to its popularity. Overall a good experience.
Had shellac and eyebrow threading with Sonia. She is such a lovely warm young lady. Treatment was perfect and Sonia is excellent. It is obviously very busy in the salon but all the girls are cheery and go the extra mile. As said previously they are seriously let down by the lack of equipment (uv lamps) and very tired looking nail bars. All the girls are brilliant but need better owner support!

Really busy few staff lots of people waiting and staff there looked stressed
Nails done well, but had better customer care/experience - lack of receptionist meant constant interruptions and conversations with others during treatment.
