I thought the customer service was poor. Although I had booked for my gel nails there was much confusion when I turned up, on time. I was asked my details 3 times and then had to wait 10 minutes until someone was free. I then had to sit in a pedicure chair with my feet in an empty bowl for the first part of my treatment until a chair was free. The place is not at all clean: chairs, wortktops, nailfiles, UV boxes etc all looked dirty. The staff spoke all the time amongst themselves in another language, which I thought was rather rude and the therapists barely spoke to their customers at all. I won't be going back.
I had booked my appointment with Sonia approx 6 weeks before the appointment. I had many email and text reminders about it so know it was in the system. I had booked for nails, toe nails, eyebrow/eyelash shape and tint, leg wax and bikini wax. An expensive appointment. When i arrived Sonia was doing a pedicure and had just started. I was very cross. Sonia was the only therapist in the salon and couldn't find my appointment. By now i was livid as going on holiday the next morning. I think the salon really, really, really suffers by not having a full time receptionist. The girls do not seem to be trained on the appointment system or know who is coming in. Another lady arrived who also had an appointment and noone ready to look after her. I have been back but on spec and just had my nails done. Sonia and Moni are lovely and very popular but are terribly let down by the lack of and system or procedures.
Very professional staff, enjoyed the facial, done in a very professional way keeping in mind customer's requirements, very lovely ambience, would recommend to others.
Enjoyed the pedicure! Very professional & friendly staff. Try their best to meet up with the customer's demands. Would recommend to others. Could do better with regards to cleanliness.
