I like Bhavi Beauty and always have but I wouldn't get my nails done here again. After two days one nail came off and after 6 days two more had broken. Very disappointing as I have not had this problem elsewhere.
The actual treatment was good but I am very dissatisfied with the product. I had acrylic tips with gel overlay to both my hands because I bite my nails. In 2 weeks since having them done I have had to have 3 nails replaced and since my last treatment 3 days ago have lost another 2. They separate where the tip joins the finger then the gel tears, this then costs to replace and repair them. This has made the whole experience a costly affair and I still dont have a decent set of nails. I am not very happy as I should be able to use my hands without losing nails and making my hands look a mess.
I think of Bhavi Beauty as in between a nail bar and a salon - the value for money of a nail bar, with a more pleasant and personal experience. In more expensive salons you get the feeling that you are paying for the setting as much as the treatment - here it is no frills, but generally clean and presentable. The staff are always efficient and professional, ready to chat if you want to, but not in your face. They achieve a good balance of professionalism and friendliness, and are usually very quick. The quality of the treatment is always excellent, and this time I chose a colour which was out of stock, but the staff member found me an alternative which was just as good. She also gave me some useful advice on caring for my own nails. The last thing I would like to mention is that 9 times out of 10, if you walk in without an appointment, they will try to accommodate you, especially for quick treatments such as eyebrow threading. Would definitely recommend Bhavi Beauty for treatments such as waxing, threading and manicure or pedicure.
