Treatment was perfect and performed in a highly professional manner despite the chaos all around the salon following the surprise arrival of UK Border Force to interrogate your staff. It appears that Bhavi Beauty knowingly employ illegal immigrants and those without correct work permits. The owner did not show up despite several phone calls and left her staff to cope on their own. This is not acceptable and unfair on your legally employed staff as well as customers. I will not be visiting again.

Good customer treatment with special attention to customer needs. Staff were friendly. Will recommend to friends and family. Would like to receive discount or vouchers for being a loyal customer.
Lovely customer service, can't fault the beautitons they do a lovely job in a very busy place at time's but when your having your Nails done each table should have their own base coat and own top coat not having to ask to pass the nail varnish's across table's when customer's are waiting to have their nails to be painted.
Cleanliness of the Treatment room's are not good at all the floors are sticky and dirty and the beauty table wasn't cleaned I had to lie on a towel's which was from the previous person before me which wasn't very hygienic, all beauty table's from my own experience should have a clean towel's and a roll of beauty sheeting paper the length of the table before leg waxing and beauty treatment's of any kind, both room's don't have any Ambience at all.
I've been using this salon for more than a year. The staff are so friendly always warm and accommodating. The value is outstanding and in my experience of using salons for 30 years now, I would rate this as the best for quality, and excellent customer service. Long may it last.
