I felt there was no proper reception process - no one seemed to be sure what I was there for, and I had to ask to have the Shellac I had booked.
It seemed a bit disorganised from previous visit. I did not leave feeling as pampered as I have before but the lady who did me was very good with the exception of the massage on my legs which I had to say to her that it hurt and I have actually got a bruise.
Brilliant I had a deep tissue 30mins massage. Pain totally gone now thanks to Helen. she was careful to check in with me if everything was okay. Lovely oils she used has brought me back to life

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff spent more time talking to each other than the customers.
