Bhavi Basingstoke is fabulous. The girls (Sonia & Moni) are all so lovely and very patient. They never get in a flap or stress and always smile. Nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to offer extra treatments if required. Thank you all.
I always book Helen if she is available to do my shellac she is great as is all the staff professional friendly and welcoming I've had great nails, pedicure and back massages I am a regular client

Normally great service but this time had trainee didn't know what she was doing she was told a few times but still didn't understand feet don't feel any different from before I went in
I would tell people about the experience and to avoid at all cost.
although I liked the girl who did my nails I felt sorry for her as she did not have the right things needed to do my nails. Also I was disappointed in the finish of my nails I had to buff and file once I got home.
I also felt the environment quite hostile as I felt like the staff were talking about the girl doung my nails in another language that I could not understand and they kept Hoveering around which made me uncomftable.
I will not go back and feel it was bad service and bad value for money.
