It seemed understaffed and one member of staff was dealing with everything as best she could (colleague on break, 2/3 people waiting, closed sign up while she did me). I had made an appt and was asked to wait 30 mins - and then waited a bit longer. Treatment fine, but rushed, Mix of appointments and walk-ins seems badly managed.

The massage lady was amazing and the room was fine, The room the waxing was done in was dirty, the sink was dirty there was only one towel on the back of the door was dirty.
Small easy changes would make a massive difference
Amazing facial - the first I’ve had. Rehka was amazing.
Sadly it was interrupted by a man being racially abusive and threatening about payment to Angela and the other young lady to the point I called my husband to make the girls feel safe.
This was not their fault and they handled he very professionally and brilliantly.
I can’t wait to go back and Im always recommending Bhavi Beauty.
