I always feel welcome by the friendly staff, since moving premises I feel they are working in very cramped conditions. It is very hot and stuffy in the shop which must be very difficult for the staff. There is nowhere to sit and wait for customers which can be very off putting.

Fantastic treatments, could barely keep my eyes open after my pedicure!
Only reason ambience was 4 out of 5 is because people stare in as they walk past.

As usual I found the staff very friendly and very accommodating. I find the new premises poor, it is very small and uninviting. There is no room for customers to sit and wait, there is no air conditioning so it was very hot. I find it hard to believe that the staff are expected to work in such cramped conditions and there is no consideration taken to make customers feel comfortable
