The venue is tiny. The poor staff crammed into a tiny space. The treatment room was so small. The decoration and ambience was not good.

It is a shame they have now moved into a much smaller unit and seemed cramped, so can not do holistic treatments any more but the service is still good.

My therapist was absolutely lovely and made my experience a real treat, I had shellac nails and an eyebrow wax and both treatments were excellent. She put me at ease and was attentive and professional
