Upon arrival I was lead into a room which was basically a partition in the main store. It was unfortunately dirty, with suspicious stains all over the walls and an overflowing waste bin. There was no time wasted making me comfortable, no towel to place over my lap, no being left alone to undress. I just had to undress and get up on the paper cover table. The wax itself was okay, but not worth the £28 price tag. I was very conscious that it was being done as quickly as possible, to get me in and out. I wouldn't recommend it. There is no ambience, and cleanliness is a real issue. I will not return.

I have been coming here for some time now and the staff are excellent. Salon is easy to find, clean and friendly. They always do a great job. Would highly recommend.

Mum and I had a deluxe pedicure. We were welcomed by staff and told to take a seat on the sofa which they finished warming up the water (we arrived early). We were offered a tea or coffee (nice touch) and we very quickly invited over to sit on the massage chairs. These were lovely in receiving a relaxing back massage whilst having our feet pampered. The staff were friendly and competent. They applied many lotions and potions to our feet which left them feeling baby soft and painted our nails in a colour of our choice (which was beautiful and good quality may I add). My feet felt brand new and looked amazing after our pedicure. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a very relaxing pamper experience. We can't wait to return and do it again!
