It was a convenient appointment, could have been made to feel more welcome as a new customer. The room was clean. The beautician was chatty and friendly but overall wasn't made to feel special.

Staff was chatting alot, not time to sit and enjoy treatment, treatment effort didnt seem like it was all there, nails were cut roughly and odd shaped, still have rough heels so could of done better with the hard skin, the rest of the staff think its ok to criticise other clients around staff who are doing treatments,
