The staff are all very friendly & try their best to please the customers wherever possible.
My treatment was interrupted several times with potential customers walking up to the staff instead of waiting at the
reception desk. This means dignity & privacy goes out of the window! Can be annoying when treatment takes longer than expected!

I have always found the staff very friendly and accommodating, and deliver a high standard of service.Would not have my nails and eyebrows done anywhere else
Quite often the salon has been quite cold to sit in. There is often no hot running water available. The staff are all lovely & friendly & very well trained.

Had a deluxe pedicure which included foot massage which was really nice. Also had the seat massage on at the same time which was a nice little extra. Would recommend for this treatment.

Beauticians were nice and the salon was nice but the manicure itself hasn't lasted very long - the varnish used was not OPI as stated on the website. Doubt I'll come here again for a manicure.
