I booked online and when I arrived (I left work early and paid for parking). The staff said there was no one was available for a week to do waxing. They were eating and clearly weren’t bothered. They then spoke to each other in their own language (not English) which felt very rude. A total waste of my time and effort. I will consider carefully whether I would choose Bhavi beauty again in the future.

Great pedi for the price, but I was aware that the staff were discussing my appearance in front of me which isn't pleasant. Otherwise would highly recommend.

The staff are always very friendly and do a fantastic job on my nails. They are working under very difficult circumstances not being given the full resources they need to do their job to the best of their ability. But this doesn't take away that the staff in the salon are lovely.
Turned up for my appointment 15 minutes early to then be told that there is no one to do the pedicure. No apology or option to rebook.
