I booked a manicure via the app but was told that I would need to pay extra for cuticles to be included. I needed a soak off and was happy to pay for the service but was concerned by potential nail damage as the removal Liquid was only left on for a short time, then scrapped off despite being still firmly attached to the nail and the remainder was then filed off. One nail had chipped by the time I got home and the other by the next morning. I won’t be returning
