Was told how awful my nails were and that they wouldn’t be responsible if the gel came off within two days (never had any issues before, always lasts 3+ weeks), my colour choice was applied to two nails and then I was told that the quality of that colour was not good and that I had to choose a different one. It was not removed properly before changing colour. I was told that I shouldn’t use Treatwell, nails filed wonky, gel not even covering whole nail. Worst experience I’ve ever had- do not waste your money here.
