The service was very quick. It was mostly painless. But I wasn’t 100% happy with my eyebrows.

The worst shellac I’ve ever had, it came off within an hour. The available colour selection was limited and the quality of polish was poor. I will have to be getting my nails re-done elsewhere.

I had a Brazilian wax and I was very surprised as it wasn't painful at all. Had Brazilian wax many times in other salons, but this one was the less painful so far. Also impressed that the beautician spent some time getting rid of short hair with tweezers (they do not do that anywhere). Only negative thing is that usually with Brazilian wax the back is done too, but they said it wasn't and ended up with the back still with hair. Apart from that, I would recommend the salon!

I was asked for £61 having stopped the therapist doing a third if the wax job that I booked at £42 and slammed down £30 cash and said she ought to take it up with her manager if their was no one from management available in the store to sort out my disappointment with my treatment and care. For example, I was called 'dear' at least two dozen times and thats really impolite and am quite happy to be addressed by first names etc etc etc
