I got there at 9:30 for my appointment and the shop was shut no one there and lights all off.

Had no record of booking and delayed start to serve walk in threading appointments Only staff member on site so attempted to man reception at same time - kept door open.

I was nervous as it was my first ever massage. I had the best first experience. I had very tight muscles after playing rugby earlier in the week. This massage has helped so much. Can’t wait to book in again soon. Thank you :)

It would have been helpful to put 'cash only' on the door as you do in? or made us be aware at time of booking it was cash only.
