The hot wax was okay, I came away with a Hollywood because the beautician didn't listen to what I'd booked ( a Brazilian)

Despite booking an appt on Treadwell, when I arrived there was no awareness of this. I was asked to come back in a hour as there were some walk ins waiting for threading etc. But I stuck to my guns, I'd booked it advance as I was on my break. So after a brief wait, I was shown to a room for the leg wax.the therapist was pleasant, she was on her own & obviously run off her feet. After waxing the front of 1 leg, she left to finish someone elses eyebrows, returning after few mins to finish. Not great

Confirmation from Treatwell received straight away & also a text reminder on the morning of my appointment. However when I turned up the member of staff I spoke to was quite rude & said that there was no record of my booking, that they were understaffed & that the lady I had booked with had not worked for them for 4 months.
I was not offered an apology or another opportunity to rebook. I am very glad that I didn't pay upfront when booking.
Very poor service.
