Booked an appointment online, received a text reminder the day before and day of my appointment. Turnt up for my appointment and I was told the person who does eyelashes wasn’t in that day. So I came all the way for nothing after receiving a text reminder a few hours before confirming my appointment.

Lovely Experience - relaxing and pampering as always. Felt a little rushed with the gel shellac manicure but other than that it was excellent and I’ll be back again soon.
