The online booking was simple and I had a confirmation email instantly. However when I arrived on the date and time booked for I was told by a member of staff that she had no knowledge of my booking, and there was no one there who could do it!! I was just relieved I never paid online! Disappointed is an understatement. I will never use again.

My beautician, Spring, was friendly and helpful. She helped me out with what lashes to get as I'd never had Cluster Lashes done before and was kind and gentle and very good.
