I had a Hydrafacial and was asked to come at 4:15 instead of 4:00 due to delays. I then waited 30 mins to be seen. The treatment itself only lasted 40 mins, with 20 mins of talking, despite it being advertised as 90 mins. Staff were polite, but I felt my time was wasted and the service didn’t meet expectations. I left disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place for facials.

Julei was amazing. Took great care and attention when doing my luxury pedicure. Very talented and made me feel very comfortable from the offset. The whole vibe and ambience at Bheuti is lovely and it is great to see how the colleagues all care for each other like a big family.
