I got my lashes done and I didn’t really explain how full I wanted them so the lash tech Gabi did her job as best as she could however I wanted it to have a little more volume for my birthday so she booked me back in asap and has me coming in to add more volume just so I can have my perfect look all for no additional cost! Excellent customer service as now I most likely will be going back!

Haircut was great as always, thank you! The BIAB nails aren't so good, 6 days in and thinking about getting them redone as they're already growing out/chipped. Probably give the nails a miss or try a different technician next time.
